The Claro Group, LLC (Claro), a financial advisory and management consulting firm, today announces that John Wills, Jean-Michel Ferat and other staff from its alliance partner, Dispute Analytics, LLC, have been formally integrated into The Claro Group organization. Merging Washington D.C.-based professionals from Dispute Analytics significantly enhances Claro’s ability to conduct complex forensic accounting engagements, including commercial litigation and international fraud and corruption investigations, such as cases stemming from Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and UK Bribery Act actions.
These professionals bring unique international investigations experience, led by Jean-Michel Ferat, now a Managing Director in The Claro Group, gained from working on behalf of Fortune 50 corporations, multinational development organizations and government agencies in over 20 countries. This directly complements Claro’s existing expertise and will offer clients a compelling new service. The integration also adds to Claro’s existing expert testimony and forensic accounting capability in addition to providing Claro with a physical presence on the East Coast.
Mark Hargis, Managing Director, The Claro Group, commented: “We already shared many professional synergies with Dispute Analytics, had a similar client base, including attorneys and in-house counsel, and had collaborated on many projects. We have seen growing demand for proven expertise in international fraud investigations and in our opinion these professionals are unrivalled in this field. This integration is a natural evolution of our relationship and we are delighted to officially welcome the team.”
John Wills, founder of Dispute Analytics, now Managing Director, The Claro Group, added: “We are proud of the reputation and strong client base we have built over the years, and are very excited about developing these within Claro’s larger organization. Our professionals add a powerful new dimension to Claro’s services which, combined with Claro’s deep financial data analytics experience and wider resources, will offer clients more choice and expertise.”
Claro delivers analytics and solutions in high-stakes litigation matters, insurance claims and government contracts. It also improves profitability for hospitals and health systems through strategic cost reductions and enhanced revenue realization.
