Our alliance philosophy.
The Claro Group's alliance philosophy is focused on building relationships that
benefit our clients. Where we can work with other firms or professionals in a manner
that benefits our clients, we are very open to teaming, either informally or formally.
Typically, our teaming arrangements involve specific consulting products and/or
services that are proven in the market. Occasionally, we will team with partners
on new products, if we are convinced that such products will be useful to our clients.
Regardless of the product or service, we bring deep our core skills to bear – data
extraction and manipulation, financial analytics and effective business communications
(including negotiation and transaction support). Further, our alliance relationships
(and their corresponding products/services) tend to emphasize the functional areas
and industries where we have the most experience and client exposure – insurance
claims and consulting, supply chain solutions including strategic sourcing, and
healthcare management consulting.
