Without Warning, affiliated with the Rush Alzheimer's Disease Center, is one of a handful of services dedicated to individuals with early onset Alzheimer's disease, and the only program of its kind in the country. Patients range in age from 38 to 65. Without Warning offers a monthly support meeting for individuals with early onset Alzheimer's disease and their families. Other Without Warning programs include an evening support group for adult children, a day long program entitled "A Day for the Children" for the children of patients between the ages of 5-18, and "Heart to Heart", a program designed to pair up individuals with early onset Alzheimer's disease with teens from Chicago high schools.
