Brian specializes in assisting clients and their counsel with quantifying and understanding
complex financial and economic issues. He has extensive experience in the quantification
of large event driven business interruption, extra expense and property damage claims.
Brian also has significant experience creating probabilistic valuation models and
other analytical tools to improve client decisions and forecasts in the areas of
spend analysis, major capital project cost/schedule risks, litigation risk analysis,
and other complex financial issues. For litigated cases, Brian also has developed
financial models and exhibits used by testifying experts in subjects involving financial
analysis, lost profits, contract disputes, fraud, and the value of insurance coverage.
Prior to The Claro Group, Brian was a manager in the economic and financial consulting
firm of LECG, LLC, and prior to that, a senior consultant in the Financial Advisory
Services consulting practice at Arthur Andersen.
Brian holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance from Texas A&M
University.
