Mr. DiLuia is a Principal in the Sourcing and Procurement practice of The Claro
Group. He has experience in participating and leading engagements focused on cost
reduction opportunities, developing sourcing alternatives, offer analysis and implementation.
Ed has also assisted several clients in the review and improvement of their procurement
process and organizational design. Ed has experience in working with clients in
several types of industries including: professional services, oil and gas, manufacturing,
retail, healthcare and public sector.
Over the past several years, Ed has managed a number of Strategic Sourcing engagements
in various industries, including: a large terminal and pipeline company, an international
consumer products testing company and a large professional services organization.
In addition, Ed managed the development and implementation of a statewide strategic
sourcing program for a Northeastern state procurement agency and the development
of a sourcing strategy for an international automotive client which included over
15 global business units.
Ed’s previous professional experience includes serving as a senior manager in the
Sourcing and Procurement practice at BearingPoint. Prior to joining BearingPoint
in 2002, Ed worked for Arthur Andersen in the Business Consulting group.
Ed holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame and a JD from the
DePaul College of Law. He is a member of the AICPA and the American Bar Association.
