Ms. McDougall specializes in providing solutions to clients facing complex insurance claims specifically those related to asbestos, pollution and human health (APH) exposures. She has over 10 years of experience valuing APH insurance claims and developing sophisticated models to allocate claim damages to insurance assets in conjunction with settlement negotiations. Lisa’s experience also includes providing clients with customized claim tracking and reporting services in connection with mass tort claims.

Prior to joining The Claro Group, Lisa worked as an experienced manager in the Insurance Claims Consulting practice at LECG, LLC. Prior to joining LECG in 2002, Lisa was part of the Strategy, Finance and Economic Consulting group of Arthur Andersen.

Lisa received a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Arts in International Affairs from George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Michigan State University.
