Mr. Schwab specializes in providing solutions to clients facing complex insurance claims specifically related to asbestos, pollution and human health claims. He has extensive experience building sophisticated models for the projection and quantification of damages as well as the allocation of long tail liabilities. He has assisted many clients in developing negotiation and settlement strategies to maximize insurance assets and has prepared and presented claims to both London Market and domestic carriers. He has also worked on a number of engagements to quantify lost profits associated with business interruption claims. His clients include leading corporations in a diverse range of industries, including oil and gas, mining, transportation and manufacturing.

Prior to joining The Claro Group, Matt worked as an experienced manager in the Insurance Claims Consulting practice at LECG LLC. Prior to that, he was a part of the Strategy, Finance and Economic Consulting group of Arthur Andersen.

Matt holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business as well as a Bachelor of Science from DePaul University.
