The Claro Group Partners with Chicago Cares

November, 2006

During November 2006, volunteers from The Claro Group joined Chicago Cares to complete a meaningful community service project at Blessed Sacrament Youth Center (BSYC). BSYC is a youth development program located in the North Lawndale neighborhood on the West side of Chicago. BSYC has more than 300 registered youth who participate in center activities that include tutoring, computer lab, arts & crafts and job training. It is the mission of BSYC to create an environment where youth of all ages can work and play together to promote moral values and to develop the maturity and skills need to become responsible adults and leaders.
