Insurance
David Anderson has joined our Insurance Claims Practice as a Senior Advisor. David's
expertise includes all aspects of the insurance claim recovery process from policy
analysis to settlement support and negotiations. David has 14 years of experience
in the areas of toxic tort (asbestos, silica, etc.), e-commerce, environmental,
first-party property, and product liability insurance claims. He also has extensive
experience in the bankruptcy arena, where he helps companies use their insurance
assets to pay for claims so that they can work their way out of bankruptcy. During
his career, he has helped obtain over a billion dollars of insurance settlements
for various clients.
Prior to joining Claro, David was Senior Counsel at Risk International, and prior
to that, David practiced insurance coverage law for seven years as an attorney with
the law firm of Kirkpatrick & Lockhart LLP. At Kirkpatrick & Lockhart, David provided
insurance coverage advice for clients such as Alcoa, DuPont, Mead, Merrill Lynch,
PPG, Uniroyal Chemical and United Technologies.

Healthcare
Ronald Cetraro has joined our Healthcare practice as a Senior Advisor. Ronald specializes
in DRG documentation improvement for medical centers and physicians and related
aspects pertaining to outcome measurements. Ronald has more than fifteen years of
experience and over 100 implementations of this solution. Ronald and the other team
members that he rejoins at The Claro Group have implemented this market-leading
solution at over 450 clients in the past fifteen years.
Prior to joining The Claro Group in December 2006, Ronald was a Senior Advisor with
BearingPoint from 2002 to 2006, and prior to that, Ronald was with Arthur Andersen
where he focused on healthcare solutions for his last 9 years with the firm. During
his 34 year career at Andersen (partner in 1979), Ronald also performed audit and
business advisory services to the healthcare industry out of the San Francisco and
Los Angeles offices.

Sourcing and Procurement
Dr. Sam Dinkin has joined our Sourcing and Procurement practice as a Director. Dr.
Dinkin is an expert at applying game theory to strategic sourcing and other transactional
situations. He has over 12 years of consulting experience, delivering over $12 billion
in savings on $100 billion in spend. He has researched sourcing for GE and IBM and
conducted major sourcing engagements for companies and governments large and small
at CRAI, LECG, Optimal Auctions and NERA. Dr. Dinkin co-managed an auction for the
ratepayers of New Jersey that achieved $800 million savings from a projected $4
billion spend.
