Venanzio Arquilla, who formerly led these two practices at Bearing Point and Arthur Andersen, is the Managing Director responsible for these new practices and brings over 21 years of consulting experience and thought leadership to our clients. Together, the Strategic Sourcing team has helped clients achieve over $2 billion in annual savings on $17 billion in spend, while the Healthcare team has helped clients achieve over $450 million in increased revenue. Of particular note is a ground-breaking project tying Claro project compensation to results achieved in a strategic sourcing engagement focused on over $280 million in third party spend.
