Our career model offers opportunities to progress based on merit from entry-level
analyst and consultant positions, to senior staff managerial positions, and ultimately
to the levels of principal and director.
Analysts and Consultants
The Claro Group's junior and senior consulting professionals typically have bachelors
and masters degrees in finance, economics, accounting, business or other related
fields. In addition, they may have work experience in financial statement assurance
or other financial consulting matters, such as bankruptcy, sourcing/supply chain,
healthcare management, financial modeling, financial analysis, quantitative business
analysis, or decision sciences.
Their responsibilities include data acquisition and management, financial analysis
and modeling, process mapping, development of presentation materials, and ultimately,
communicating the results of our analyses. Typical projects provide opportunities
to develop sophisticated data analysis techniques and deep analytical skills – experience
that supports and provides a unique window into decision making processes.
Managers
Senior consulting professionals – typically managers or senior managers – have bachelors
and masters degrees in finance, economics, sourcing/supply chain, healthcare management,
accounting, business or other related fields, as well as at least three to five
years of related professional or industry experience.
Senior staff members typically have substantial day-to-day staff supervision, project
management, and client contact responsibilities. Often, they play key roles in the
presentation of our analyses or recommendations.
