1) What initially attracted you to consulting, and why did you choose Claro?

I was initially attracted to consulting because of the job variety that it offers. I interviewed for many consulting positions, but Claro stood out because everyone seemed very enthusiastic about the company.

2) Since you have been with The Claro Group, what has been the biggest takeaway for you from a professional development standpoint?

The two most important skills that I have learned at Claro are flexibility and time management. Every project is unique, so you need to be able to adapt to the different requirements of the project. It is also important to be aware of any deadlines that are approaching while working on multiple projects.

3) What is the thing you most enjoy about working at The Claro Group?

Since Claro is a fairly small company, I feel that I have more responsibilities than others my age in the same field. I am included in higher level meetings, and this offers more visibility for me within the company and also with the clients.
