1) What initially attracted you to consulting, and why did you choose Claro?

I was attracted to consulting because it is an ever-changing environment, where no two projects are the same. You are continually learning new concepts which can help shape and give an advantage to a young professional. At Claro, I am surrounded by dedicated people who strive for success. I feel success at Claro is measured not only on how well the firm does as a group, but also on the continual development of its employees. Guidance and training given at all levels make this company truly unique. During my time at Claro, I have been given the opportunity to work in many aspects of the business, and I am constantly learning new things.

2) Since you have been with The Claro Group, what has been the biggest takeaway for you from a professional development standpoint?

Since joining Claro, I have refined and sharpened my ability to be flexible in performing various tasks during the day. The job requires me to focus on many tasks simultaneously; it is not uncommon to have multiple assignments on my plate at any given time of the day. Because of this, I have become better at managing my time and completing the work more efficiently. I know that this attribute is essential to my success and will carry with me throughout my entire career.

3) What is the thing you most enjoy about working at The Claro Group?

The two things I enjoy most about working at The Claro Group are my work and the people. I truly enjoy the work I am doing, and I have learned a great deal since joining the firm. I enjoy beginning a new project and working on all stages of it along the way.

The people I am surrounded by want me to succeed. They have always encouraged education and career advancement. I strongly believe that when every level of the organization is committed to your success, it creates a positive work environment.
