1) What initially attracted you to consulting, and why did you choose Claro?
I was initially attracted to the relational aspect of consulting. I enjoy working with people, so I knew that the consulting practice would be conducive for that and would be a good fit for me. However, I chose Claro specifically because of the honesty of its employees. No one tries to gloss over or sugarcoat anything, and I respect that integrity is consistent firm-wide.
2) Since you have been with The Claro Group, what has been the biggest takeaway for you from a professional development standpoint?
The biggest takeaway for me has been that value can always be added, even to the most miniscule of tasks. Any work product can always be improved and polished.
3) What is the thing you most enjoy about working at The Claro Group?
I enjoy the variety of projects that I’ve been exposed to thus far in my career at Claro. Although there can be some consistencies in work depending on the client and claim type, I like how there are days when you have no idea if a problem will arise that needs to be solved, that forces you to think outside the box. A new or different way of interpreting or presenting something is appreciated and embraced by all levels of management.
