Third-party Insurance Claims Solutions
Phased approach to delivering value.
We typically follow a comprehensive, three-phase process for managing first- and
third-party claims. During the first phase, we help you estimate the value of a
potential claim, so that you can understand potential benefit before committing
the dollars and effort to go forward. We often perform the subsequent claim development
and negotiation phases on a risk-sharing or mixed fixed-fee/contingent fee basis
– reflecting our complete confidence in our ability to deliver value. In situations
where we provide expert testimony, we work on an hourly fee basis.
