Claro Continues Strategic Growth with Additions in Los Angeles and Washington, D.C.

Claro has added Matthew Raiff, PhD, as a Washington DC-based Managing Director and Angela Izuel as a Los Angeles-based Director to its Disputes and Investigations practice.

Dr. Raiff has 20+ years of experience in economic consulting and academia with a special emphasis in pricing matters.  He obtained his undergraduate degree in Economics with honors at Canisius College, his PhD in Economics from Duke University, and post-doctorate in Economics from Penn State.

Ms. Izuel also has over 20 years’ experience quantifying damages for intellectual property and a variety of other matters in sectors ranging from aerospace to tourism.  She graduated cum laude with a degree in Economics and International Studies from UCLA.
