Ms. Izuel prepared and analyzed numerous claims for damages involving breach of contract, breach of warranty, business interruption, business valuation, copyright infringement, defective pricing, defective products, diverted services, false advertising, fraud, funds tracing, increased costs, lost profits, patent infringement, penalties, trademark infringement, tradename infringement, unjust enrichment, wrongful termination, and other claims.

Ms. Izuel has extensive consulting experience in commercial damages, intellectual property, government contracts, construction, class action and entertainment matters, and other practice areas.  She consulted on damages issues in a variety of industries, including advertising, aerospace, banking, collectibles, commercial fishing, construction, defense, distribution, environmental impacts, gaming, government contracting, healthcare, high technology, hospitality, licensing, manufacturing, motion picture, music recording, oil and gas, recreation, retail, utilities, telecommunications, tourism, transportation, and television.

Prior to joining The Claro Group, Ms. Izuel was a Vice President at TM Financial Forensics, LLC, a Director at Navigant Consulting, Inc. and a Manager at Tucker Alan, Inc.
