Josh Caldwell

Mr. Caldwell is a Senior Manager with The Claro Group, and is located in Houston, Texas. He specializes in providing in-depth business and financial advisory services to companies, creditors, equity holders, the legal community, lenders and other interested parties. 

Mr. Caldwell has over 6 years of professional experience in the Business Reorganization and Financial Services industries.  He has worked with various stakeholders, including management and creditors, in Chapter 11 and out-of-court situations. Mr. Caldwell has extensive experience in producing complex financial models, forecasting short-term cash flows, generating insolvency models, developing cash conservation measures, creating and assessing business plans, analyzing business profitability models, and liquidation analyses. Prior to joining Claro, Mr. Caldwell worked at other reorganization and financial services firms specializing in bankruptcy/restructuring and M&A services.
