  • Preparing loss estimates to obtain advance payments and help set appropriate reserves
  • Preparing detailed proofs of loss and accompanying claim presentations
  • Gathering and organizing invoices and other claim support for submission
  • Providing a secure website for posting invoices and other claim-related documents to assist in adjustment process on larger claims
  • Assisting with the development of an overall strategic approach to the claim
  • Providing input on establishing accounting codes and structure to capture claim-related costs
  • Assisting with development and support for  “as was” estimates when property repairs will not be made with like kind and quality to pre-loss conditions
  • Analyzing detailed operational and accounting records and developing financial models to assess and present the business interruption claim
  • Interfacing directly with adjusters and accountants hired by Insurers to facilitate open dialog and respond to questions on a timely basis
  • Providing strategic guidance for and, if requested, participating in confidential settlement negotiations
  • When necessary, Claro professionals have provided objective, independent analysis and testimony in ADR or litigation
